The Role

The Link and OpenData vision is to become the global leader in deep and reference data for life sciences. The core of our products is manually curated data captured using rule-based web research. We create high-quality data through efficient processes.

As a Process Expert in Data Operations, you will improve processes across all operations teams. You will support the teams in simplifying and increasing the resilience of processes. You will be hands‑on in improving our tools. You will improve interfaces between teams. You will ensure your improvements are carried out throughout the organization. You will work closely with the Director of Data Operations.

This role will enable you to gain a broad and deep understanding of our data operations and, by that, learn about the different Link and OpenData products. You will work on a broad range of projects with many different stakeholders.

To thrive in your role, you need to be strong in conceptual thinking while being hands‑on. You are a fast learner, detail-oriented, have a growth mindset, and make decisions based on facts and KPIs. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can deliver high-quality results within a tough timeline. You are comfortable working remotely in an international environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g., consulting, start-up, a tech company
• Experience in improving processes
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Worked or studied in international environments
• Excellent written and verbal English skills

Nice to Have

• Data Analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Work experience in operations
• Work experience in data product companies

Interviewing with Veeva

• Within 3 days, you will receive a link to a personality assessment administered by a third party.
• Once you complete the assessment, our team will review your full application package and follow up via email with our decision.
• If moving to the interview stage, the process is as follows:
• A conversation with the hiring manager
• A practical case exercise
• A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader.
• Once all interviews are complete, the manager will be in touch with a final decision.

Compensation

• Total compensation: 30,000 - 45,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
