Zusammenfassung

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a global eQMS consolidation and transformation program in pharma. You will standardize the quality landscape from multiple platforms into a single Veeva-based One eQMS across sites.

You will drive program governance, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate with vendors and regulatory stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Fluency in English and European work eligibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects end-to-end in pharmaceutical GxP environments.
• Strong hands-on IT Project Management covering requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare and vendor coordination.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must.
• Solid understanding of Quality processes incl Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Experience with CSV (Computer System Validation).
• Successful delivery of global SaaS implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Candidates must be based in Europe and have the right to work in their country of residence.

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across workstreams.
• Harmonize quality processes and workflows while balancing global standards with site needs.
• Drive readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate system integrations and dependencies for the new eQMS landscape.
• Manage migration from legacy systems like TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, Lotus Notes.
• Ensure stakeholder communication and alignment across global/local teams.
• Improve visibility and collaboration via standardized processes and a consolidated QM platform.
• Support long-term scalability and future readiness of the eQMS.

IT Project Manager Quality Systems (eQMS) in Pharma

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a global eQMS consolidation and transformation program, bringing the current quality management landscape from five different platforms into a single harmonized solution. The program will leverage the existing Veeva platform to establish a standardized, scalable, and future-ready One eQMS solution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global eQMS consolidation program, transitioning from multiple existing quality management systems toward a single harmonized Veeva-based platform.
• Drive adoption of theVeeva platform as the foundation for the future eQMS landscape.
• Manage the program roadmap across three main phases:Technical Readiness,ScaleandEnhance
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
• Support harmonization of quality processes and workflows across different sites while balancing global standards with site-specific needs.
• Drive technical and organizational readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate system integrations and dependencies required for the new eQMS landscape.
• Manage migration and transition activities from legacy systems including TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across global and local teams.
• Improve visibility and collaboration for internal stakeholders and customers through standardized processes and a consolidated quality management platform.
• Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution.
