You will work in an IT hub focused on CMS and related systems, ensuring reliability and smooth operations across European markets.

You will configure CMS applications, analyze requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in Contract Management Systems or IT roles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications for CMS.
• Configure CMS applications to align with business needs and optimize workflows.
• Maintain and improve software requirements, user stories, and documentation.
• Support SQL-based configuration and database manipulation tasks.
• Monitor application performance and ensure optimal availability.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and user support tickets.
• Document defects and coordinate release activities.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Assist in CMS demonstrations and presentations.
