Volkswagen Financial Services – Portugal is seeking a QA Test Analyst to join the Porto team. You will help deliver end-to-end testing for contract management systems across Europe, designing and executing test scripts, and collaborating with on-site and offshore QA resources.

You will analyze requirements, define test approaches, manage defects, and ensure testing artifacts align with VWFS standards while working in a multinational environment with strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or master’s degree in informatics, computer science or comparable.
• Proven experience writing and executing test cases.
• Experience in working in an international project team.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements, user stories and specifications to define test scenarios.
• Support QA Test Lead with project test approach, scope and milestones.
• Develop and execute manual test scripts and create test data.
• Perform defect management and triage with timely status reporting.
• Ensure QA deliverables meet VWFS Test Strategy standards.
• Collaborate with BA, FAA, Business SMEs and Developers.
• Escalate risks and issues and support knowledge repository improvements.
• Coordinate with test automation teams to maximize ROI.
