Volkswagen Group Services in Portugal (Setúbal) seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the ITSF model service implementation within a cross-functional team, aligning with VW AE and ensuring resilience and continuity. You will define scope, governance, risk and resource plans, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining ITIL practices and security standards.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders across the VW

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or management fields.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• ITIL or equivalent service management knowledge.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR or similar standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project or Asana.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define scope with stakeholders and articulate objectives and deliverables.
• Establish governance model with roles and decision processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clear communication.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timeline and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation across teams.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Oversee change management during implementation.
• Ensure compliance with IT service standards and quality practices.
