Onile IT is seeking a Change Manager to join a digital transformation project in the health sector, playing a central role in preparing health units for change, training users and monitoring implementations on the ground.

You will facilitate adoption of new work systems, ensure articulation between project teams and health professionals, contribute to an organized, effective transition, and support post go-live stabilization across units with hands-on training and user guides.

Formación

• Licenciature in Management, Health Services Management, Project Management, Information Systems or similar area.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, change management, digital transformation or process analysis.
• Good knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, namely Google Workspace.
• Analytical capacity, organisation, autonomy and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Updating and monitoring the project implementation plan.
• Identify training needs, plan training actions and develop user manuals and quick guides.
• Monitor the entry into production of systems and provide functional support to users.
• Coordinate with project teams and health unit interlocutors to ensure clear communication.
• Identify risks and report issues to technical and functional teams during implementations.
• Participate in project meetings and monitor pending activities and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes.

Role summary

We're looking for one. Change Manager to integrate a digital transformation project in the health sector, with a central role in the preparation of health units for change, user training and monitoring of implementations on the ground. The professional will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of new work systems and processes, ensuring the articulation between the project teams and the different health professionals, contributing to an organized and effective transition.

Main responsibilities

• Updating and monitoring the project implementation plan;
• identify training needs, plan training actions and develop user manuals and quick guides;
• monitor the entry into production of systems by providing functional support to users and facilitating adaptation to new work processes;
• Articular with the project teams and the different interlocutors of the health units, promoting effective communication and generating expectations;
• Identifying, analyzing and reporting problems to the technical and functional teams, following their resolution during implementations;
• participate in project meetings, monitor pending activities and contribute to their reporting;
• Identify risks, needs and opportunities for improvement in work processes.

Required requirements

• Licenciature in Management, Health Services Management, Project Management, Information Systems or similar area ;
• professional experience from 1 to 3 years in project management, change management, digital transformation or process analysis;
• Good knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, namely Google Workspace;
• analytical capacity, organisation, autonomy and guidance for problem solving;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships ;
• availability for frequent travel to health units;
• Knowledge of English.

Valued skills

• Experience in computer systems implementation projects, preferably in the health sector;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and agile methodologies ;
• Knowledges of process survey, requirements management and risk identification;
• Experience in the preparation of training and development of user support documentation.
