🆕We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Regional Business Excellence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects aimed at improving business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

📌Responsabilities

• Leading the entire lifecycle of cross‑functional strategic projects as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while driving requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder alignment, and data‑driven decision‑making to enable effective project execution and value realization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization
• Utilize data-driven approaches and customer centric perspective to analyze business processes and recommend solutions for digitalization and optimization, leading the change, and monitoring results, in close collaboration with business users, process owner and the Information Technology area.
• Managing the project portfolio collecting information/kpi (PMO activities), ensuring for all strategic initiatives adherence to internal procedures and coordinating activities according to the best project management standards.
• Managing relationships with colleagues from the Europ Assistance Group within international projects.

✔️How we are looking for

• Master’s degree in scientific or economic disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms on highly innovative process review and change management projects in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong data analysis, business process design, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Project management certifications and proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
