Capgemini Engineering in Lisboa is seeking a Software Project Manager to lead complex software development and digital transformation initiatives in the Healthcare sector. You will manage end-to-end delivery, define roadmaps, releases, budgets, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM certification, and fluent Portuguese with good English.
