Claranet limited in Lisbon seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex PRR projects for a client on our Talent Team. You will oversee on-site implementation, coordinate partners and suppliers, and act as the primary interface with the customer.

The role requires PMP certification, proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-technology projects, and strong stakeholder management within public administration contexts. Deliver results on time and within scope.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex PRR projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Manage on-site implementation activities, coordinating partners and suppliers as the primary customer interface.
• Oversee multi-technology projects, ensuring seamless integration across workstreams.
• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, records, and delivery certificates.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues; drive problem resolution.

Rightnow, we are looking for a Gestor de Projecto for a client on our TalentTeam.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead complex PRRprojects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and qualityrequirements.
  
• Manage on-siteimplementation activities, coordinating multiple partners and suppliers whileserving as the primary interface with the customer.
  
• Oversee projectsinvolving multiple technologies, both telecom and non-telecom, ensuringseamless integration across all workstreams.
  
• Evaluate theintegration of sensors and field devices into dedicated and cross-functionalsoftware platforms.
  
• Assess data quality,reliability, and consistency across deployed solutions and systems.
  
• Ensure compliance withcontractual requirements, technical specifications, and statements of workdefined in tender documentation.
  
• Coordinate and managemultiple vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the projectlifecycle.
  
• Prepare projectdocumentation, including progress reports, construction records, acceptancecertificates, and final delivery documentation.
  
• Identify, manage, andmitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  
• Drive problemresolution and remove delivery roadblocks to ensure project milestones anddeadlines are met.
  
• Manage stakeholdercommunication, ensuring alignment between customers, suppliers, technicalteams, and project sponsors.
  
• Support the successfuldelivery of projects within Public Administration environments and regulatedframeworks
  

You must have:

• PMP (Project ManagementProfessional) certification is mandatory.
  
• Proven experience managinglarge-scale, highly complex projects.
  
• Strong experience deliveringprojects involving multiple telecom and non-telecom technologies.
  
• Experience managing multiplesuppliers and external partners simultaneously.
  
• Solid understanding ofrequirements management and compliance with tender specifications andcontractual obligations.
  
• Experience overseeing fielddeployments, installations, and operational execution.
  
• Knowledge of sensor integration,data collection systems, and data quality assessment.
  
• Experience working with PublicAdministration or government-funded projects.
  
• Strong stakeholder managementand communication skills.
  
• Excellent planning, execution,and project governance capabilities.
  
• Results-oriented mindset with astrong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
