IRIUM Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead with a strong background in Change Management and Google Workspace to lead change initiatives and support stakeholders throughout adoption.

You will develop Change Management Plans, coordinate user training, communicate plans to stakeholders, and monitor progress while mitigating risks. English proficiency (C1) required.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Strong experience in Change Management.
• Experience developing Change Management Plans aligned with project plans.
• Experience supporting change initiatives involving Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors).
• English – C1.

Responsabilidades

We are currently looking for an experienced Change Management Lead with a strong background in Change Management and Google Workspace, capable of leading change initiatives and supporting stakeholders and employees throughout the adoption process.

Required Competencies

• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role
• Strong experience in Change Management
• Experience developing Change Management Plans aligned with overall project plans
• Experience supporting change initiatives involving Google Workspace, particularly:
  • Gmail
  • Calendar
  • Drive + Editors
• Ability to communicate change management plans effectively to stakeholders and obtain buy-in
• Experience managing the implementation of organisational and technological changes
• Experience coordinating and delivering user training on new processes and systems
• Ability to monitor and evaluate the change management process and implement adjustments when required
• Experience identifying and mitigating change-related risks
• Experience providing support to employees throughout the change process
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
• English – C1

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Salary Range: €5.350–€5.624 gross/month
