IRIUM Portugal is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack to join a challenging project in Lisbon, offering a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office. You will drive design, development and enhancement of scalable software using Java Spring and modern frameworks, aligning with Agile practices.

Strong communication in English (C1) required, and candidates should be able to collaborate across teams while contributing to architecture decisions and delivering high-performance solutions.

Requirements

We are currently looking for a Senior Java Full Stack to join a challenging project, taking a key role in the design, development and enhancement of scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.

Required Competencies

• Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
• Strong experience in software development and implementation of robust software components
• Experience designing and developing scalable and high-performance solutions
• Ability to analyse complex technical challenges and propose effective and innovative solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions
• Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions to challenges across multiple teams
• Experience supporting and guiding team members through technical expertise and knowledge sharing
• Ability to take ownership of team decisions and contribute to effective team performance
• Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate
• English – minimum C1
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid
Work Model: 3 days per week at the office
Salary Range: €3.300–€3.700 gross/month
