IRIUM Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead with a strong background in Change Management and Google Workspace to lead change initiatives and support stakeholders throughout adoption.

You will develop Change Management Plans, coordinate user training, communicate plans to stakeholders, and monitor progress while mitigating risks. English proficiency (C1) required.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Strong experience in Change Management.
• Experience developing Change Management Plans aligned with project plans.
• Experience supporting change initiatives involving Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors).
• English – C1.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management initiatives and support stakeholders through adoption.
• Develop Change Management Plans aligned with project plans.
• Deliver user training on new processes and systems.
• Communicate change management plans to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Monitor and evaluate the change management process and adjust as needed.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks.
