IRIUM Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all operational activities across services, drive efficiency, and align with business goals. Hybrid work in Lisbon.

You will manage budgeting and forecasting, lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and push continuous improvements while collaborating with senior leadership. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in operations management and process optimization.
• Ability to manage budgeting and resource allocation.
• Fluent English (C1) and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Manage all operational activities inside the different services,
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes.
• Good level of English (Independent user — level C1).

Preferred Competencies

• International experience.
• Experience in European Agencies.
• Good level of French (Independent user — level B2).

Location: Lisbon, hybrid
