Kats Recruitment seeks a Catalan-speaking Streaming Service Support Specialist to assist subscribers remotely from Portugal. You will handle inquiries via calls, chat, and email, guiding users through account and playback issues from home.

Fluency in Catalan (C1/C2) with English (B2) and strong communication skills are required. This full-time role offers rotational shifts and a comprehensive benefits package in a remote setup across Portugal.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Catalan with good working English (B2).
• EU/EEA passport or Portuguese residence/work permit.
• Stable high-speed internet and quiet home office.
• Comfort navigating multi-screen environments and streaming platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Catalan-speaking users via inbound calls, live chat, and email regarding subscriptions, billing, password resets, and profile management.
• Troubleshoot streaming playback issues, app installation, device compatibility, and connectivity checks.
• Provide content guidance on availability, release schedules, parental controls, and subtitle/audio settings.
• Deliver empathetic, efficient support to foster positive user experiences.
