Michael Page Enterprise Solutions is actively seeking a Candidate Experience Partner to manage every candidate from application to shortlisting, collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to drive an efficient, inclusive recruitment process.

You will leverage data-driven insights, use Boolean searches and social networks (LinkedIn) to attract top talent, build a diverse pipeline, and promote the employer brand as an employer of choice across the client’s global footprint.

Qualificações

• Fluency to a professional level in Hungarian and English.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and market research.
• Strong communication and proactive workload management.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage data-driven insights from ATS to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent across internal and external sources using advanced methods.
• Manage the candidate journey from application to shortlisting and present a refined shortlist.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of future candidates with clear communication.
• Assess candidate suitability via phone screens and video interviews, document feedback, and follow up.
