OutSystems seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles across multiple geographies. You will drive sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and employer branding while ensuring a superior candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand needs, stay ahead of market trends, and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting technical talent across geographies (Portugal, US, EMEA).
• Strong sourcing, networking, and communication skills; proficient with ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, including senior and specialized positions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates via social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR & Finance to understand needs, requirements, and culture for best-fit hires.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
• Represent OutSystems’ employer brand at career fairs, events, and recruitment activities.
• Provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent market conditions to hiring managers.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse workforce.
