We are looking for a proactive Buyer Claim Administrator Specialist to join a fast-growing pioneer in online automotive auctions. In this role, you will go far beyond standard customer support, acting as the trusted mediator who ensures fairness, speed, and integrity across every transaction.

As a key part of our team, you will investigate vehicle disputes, mediate win-win outcomes for post-auction claims, and turn challenging post-sale situations into long-term client loyalty. responsabilidades chave

Your role:

• Claim Reception & Validation
  o Monitor and review claims submitted via Salesforce (SF) and email.
  o Assess if claims meet eligibility criteria based on terms and conditions.
• Claim Evaluation & Decision Making
  o Review buyer-provided evidence and internal data.
  o Conduct additional checks using internal tools if necessary.
  o Request missing information from buyers or selling countries when needed.
  o Process claims according to protocol, including financial settlements andcommunication.
• Follow-Up on Pending Claims
  o Track and resolve cases requiring additional information.
  o Ensure timely payments for approved claims.
• Buyer Communication & Case Resolution
  o Provide buyers with clear and justified claim decisions via email.
  o Explain the reasoning behind each resolution.
• Timely Processing & Prioritization
  o Ensure all claims are addressed within 24 hours.
  o Prioritize urgent and older cases while maintaining regular follow-ups.

What do we have to offer you?

• Contract directly with client (4 years, 90 days trial period)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm (German bank holidays)
• Weekends off
• Base salary of 1500€/gross per month
• Language Allowance: 200€/gross per month
• Meal allowance of 7€ per day worked (no meal allowance card)

• Hybrid model of work: first month on site (Avenida da Liberdade) (after that: one week 3 days at theoffice, second week: 2 days at the office)
