• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Business & Systems Analyst to join an international team working on finance transformation initiatives, accounting processes, and reporting solutions.

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Collaborate closely with project managers throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Support project planning while ensuring milestones and timelines are achieved.
• Contribute to problem-solving and workaround solutions for project risks and critical issues.
• Prepare regular project status updates and participate in project governance meetings.
• Coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design operational and accounting processes to support finance and reporting needs.
• Define data flows and information required to feed finance applications.
• Produce documentation for implementation by development and engineering teams.
• Support the evolution of accounting structures, chart of accounts, and accounting interfaces where required.
• Participate in defining testing strategies and execute accounting and reporting test phases.
• Provide post-implementation support to end users and ensure a smooth transition into production.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar Finance IT/Finance Transformation role.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies.
