We are searching for a Business Management Officer!
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the headcount trajectory and workforce planning, including the evolution of the x-shoring strategy.
- Link competence assessments to headcount planning, conducting gap analysis and working closely with managers to define and implement appropriate strategies.
- Coordinate and streamline x-shoring governance meetings, ensuring effective follow-up and reporting.
- Monitor and report progress on x-shoring initiatives, including savings and budget evolution, ensuring consistency between PMO and Sourcing figures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting covering x-shoring and Business Management Office activities.
- Perform ongoing data analysis on business topics, including cost trajectories and infrastructure cost drivers.
- Coordinate and prepare governance presentations and committee materials for senior stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the quality and structure of governance reporting and establish links with other governance frameworks.
- Manage and/or support transformation and organisational improvement projects.
- Consolidate transformation initiatives into a structured programme, ensuring regular status reporting and consistent budget and savings tracking.
- Develop and improve SharePoint organisation and knowledge management.
- Act as a point of contact for organisational improvement initiatives across the wider IT organisation.
- Contribute to team-wide collaboration and support transversal activities within the Business Management Office.
- Act as a backup for selected activities and ensure appropriate backup coverage for own responsibilities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, collaboration, organisation and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another relevant field.
- Relevant professional experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning Analysis, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Project Management, or similar environments.
- Proven ability to deliver business value through analysis, governance and transformation initiatives.
- Experience with organisational change and/or x-shoring is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, particularly for data visualisation and reporting, is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare clear, structured and executive-level presentations.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse complex information, identify key insights and synthesise information clearly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a complex and international environment.
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- English: Fluent.
