Job summary

Decskill is expanding its team in Porto. We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support Rating and LGD applications used for counterparty rating and LGD calculation.

The role offers a hybrid model with 2 days onsite per week in Porto, Portugal, and involves requirements gathering, functional analysis, specification writing, QA and testing, with collaboration across business and IT in an Agile Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience on IT projects within Financial Institutions.
• Knowledge of Risk IT systems, ideally Rating and LGD.
• Knowledge of Economics, Finance, Risk Management or Banking.
• Experience with SQL, Jira and Confluence.
• French is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, structured, proactive and client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Experience mentoring and conflict resolution is a plus.

Responsibilities
