Job summary

Decskill is seeking a Process Optimisation Senior Analyst to drive end-to-end process re-engineering, automation and value delivery across client organisations. You will lead workshops, map processes with BPMN 2.0, and collaborate with diverse teams to identify AI, RPA and low-code opportunities.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, manage changes and guide large projects through to go-live, while leveraging Six Sigma Green Belt principles and global delivery experience in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certification.
• Proven experience analysing and redesigning complex, multi-functional business processes.
• End-to-end process re-engineering and automation with measurable results.
• Hands-on automation use cases including AI, RPA, Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Consulting experience advising leaders and identifying process improvements.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects and change management.
• Facilitating process discovery workshops across stakeholder levels.
• Hands-on BPMN 2.0 process mapping experience.
• Improving service processes across organizational functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical/critical thinking to identify requirements and challenge findings.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; multitasking ability.
• Self-motivated, energetic and capable in a fast-paced global/virtual environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Deliver end-to-end process re-engineering, optimisation and automation projects with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, intelligent automation, RPA, Power Apps, Power Automate, workflow and low-code platforms.
• Challenge existing ways of working and translate business challenges into practical automation opportunities.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops with stakeholders at different organisational levels.
• Map business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Improve service processes involving multiple functions across the organisation.
• Lead medium to large-scale projects and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certification.

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end process re-engineering, optimisation and automation projects, with measurable business results.
• Hands-on experience assessing automation use cases, including AI, intelligent automation, RPA, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, workflow and low-code platforms.
• Consulting experience, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects and change management activities.
• Experience facilitating process discovery workshops across different stakeholder levels.
• Hands-on process mapping experience using BPMN 2.0.
• Strong experience improving service processes across different organisational functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify business requirements and challenge process findings and proposed solutions.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global and virtual environment.
• Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel, as required.

Nice to have:

• Significant experience with BPM-related capabilities and technologies, including AI, Process/Task Mining, RPA, Low-Code Automation, BPM and workflow tools.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as BIC, Bizagi, Visio, ARIS or Signavio.
• Previous experience working in global environments.
