We are looking for a Business Management Officer to support the transformation, governance, and strategic evolution of a large international organization within the Risk and Finance technology landscape.

This is a highly transversal role combining Strategic Planning, Workforce Management, Transformation Programs, Executive Governance, Financial Tracking, Operational Excellence, and Data Analytics. You will work closely with senior management, project teams, PMOs, and business stakeholders to drive organizational initiatives, monitor strategic objectives, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, governance, transformation, and analytics while interacting with multiple stakeholders across an international environment.

As a Business Management Officer, you will:

• Support the strategic evolution and transformation of the organization.
• Drive workforce planning and x-shoring initiatives.
• Deliver executive reporting and governance materials.

Dashboarding & Strategic Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards.
• Produce data-driven analysis supporting strategic decision-making.
• Monitor operational, financial, and organizational KPIs.
• Analyze trends, performance drivers, and cost evolution.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
• Deliver executive-level reporting using data visualization best practices.

Governance & Executive Reporting

• Coordinate governance activities across the organization.
• Prepare executive committee presentations and governance decks.
• Develop clear, structured, and visually impactful presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Continuously improve governance frameworks and reporting standards.

Transformation & Organizational Change

• Track project execution, budgets, benefits realization, and savings initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with management teams, PMOs, Finance, HR, and operational stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for organizational improvement initiatives.

• Support cross-functional projects and strategic planning activities.
• Improve and maintain SharePoint structures and documentation.
