Job summary

Decskill is expanding its team in Porto with a Business Analyst for a project offering a hybrid work model (Porto, Portugal). You will gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with development teams across Porto and Paris in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes interaction with banking/finance teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, training, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions.
• Background in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or Market Data.
• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Functional Analysis.
• Experience writing Functional Specifications.
• Experience with Test Cases, QA & UAT Coordination.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• French is a plus.
• Hybrid in Porto – 2 days/week.
