Quanteam, the founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a R2R Accounting Analyst to join our Lisbon hybrid team. You will reconcile data across systems, analyze entries, and support VAT reporting.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in accounting or related fields, experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. French is a plus. This is a permanent contract with health insurance and ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience as an Accounting Officer, R2R Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with reconciliations and data analysis.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience preparing or supporting VAT reports is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP systems knowledge (SAP or Oracle).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Hybrid position based in Lisbon; permanent contract with CTI.

We are looking for a R2R Accounting Analyst

• Perform reconciliation of accounting data between different systems and dedicated accounting tools.
• Analyze accounting entries to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and potential errors.
• Investigate and follow up on open items in Vendors and Clients accounts.
• Prepare VAT reports based on accounting data.
• Perform accounting controls in line with corporate procedures and internal policies.
• Support the identification and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of accounting information.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with established accounting procedures.
• University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience as an Accounting Officer, R2R Analyst, Accounting Analyst, or in a similar accounting role.
• Experience with accounting reconciliations and analysis of accounting data.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience preparing or supporting VAT reports is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
