QUANTEAM (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking an IT Business Analyst for data and reporting projects, leveraging Power BI to enhance dashboards and reporting solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, translating needs for business and technical teams, and supporting validation and testing across hybrid IT/data initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Analyst on data or IT projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (B2+) in written and spoken.
• Good communication with both business and technical teams.

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst

• Gather and document business requirements for data and reporting projects.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, reports, and data to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Support the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data solutions.
• Work with Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools to create or improve reporting solutions.
• Prepare requirements, user stories, process documentation, and other project documentation.
• Support testing and validation of data, reports, and dashboards to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project and provide updates on progress and requirements.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably on data or IT projects.
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and data concepts.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Previous experience working on IT projects, preferably involving data, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 24.500€ a 38.500€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
