QUANTEAM, a consulting firm specialized in Banking and Finance, is seeking a Procurement Support Specialist to contribute to the digital transformation of procurement processes. Responsibilities include managing purchase requests, offering user support for tools like Ivalua and DocuSign, and ensuring data quality within operations. Ideal candidates have a background in management, experience in procurement support, strong communication skills, and fluency in French and English. This full-time position is based in Porto, Portugal.

Qualificações

Education in management or similar.
Experience in procurement support, user assistance, middle office, or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
Comfortable with digital tools and enterprise software (experience with Ivalua and DocuSign is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Teams.
Experience in change management or user training is valued.
Fluency in French and English is required (written and spoken).

We are looking for a Procurement Support Specialist (P2P Specialist) to join a dynamic and international environment, contributing to the digital transformation of procurement processes.

Responsibilities:
