Job summary

QUANTEAM (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking a Procurement Analyst for its Lisbon-based hybrid role. You will manage internal procurement requests, validate PO data, and support Procure-to-Pay processes across Procurement, Finance, and suppliers.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Procurement or related field is required, with 0–3 years of experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. English proficiency at B2+ and an understanding of SAP are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Procurement or related field.
• 0–3 years of procurement or Procure-to-Pay experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate internal procurement requests with accuracy and timely responses.
• Review PO data for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Serve as contact point for Procurement, Finance, Cost Accounting, and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes and identify inconsistencies.
• Support operational queries and drive process improvements.
