Syffer, a global consulting company focused on talent, tech and innovation, is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join our delivery teams in Portugal. You will manage ServiceNow implementation and development projects and lead the design, implementation, and rollout of ServiceNow solutions for large-scale client programs.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow and a track record across four or more projects, with preferred certifications.

Qualificações

• More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects.
• Experience in the management, design, implementation, and roll-out of ServiceNow in four or more distinct full projects.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (preferred);
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in at least two of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferred);
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification (preferred);
