Job summary

CBTalents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support professional to join an international team assisting users of a leading AI research and deployment company. The role is on-site in Lisbon with a day shift and rotating hours from 07:00–22:00.

You will troubleshoot account access, handle billing inquiries, and guide customers on AI product usage across multiple channels, in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support, or Technical Support is required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools.
• Customer-focused, analytical, and able to explain solutions clearly.
• Available for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday.

Compensation & Benefits

€1,320.67 monthly package

Performance bonus up to €200/month

Who we're looking for

Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support, or Technical Support is required
