Ai Company is seeking an on-site Customer Support professional in Portugal to join an international team. The role focuses on assisting users of AI products, handling account issues, billing inquiries, and guiding customers on product use.

English fluency and rotating day shifts are required. The position offers a €1,320.67 monthly package with performance bonus up to €200/month, private health and dental insurance after signing, 22 days annual leave, and training upon completion.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Customer Service, IT Support, or Technical Support is required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools.
• Available for rotating shifts Monday-Sunday.
