Job summary

CloserHire in Braga, Portugal seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a major consumer credit platform. You will respond to inbound inquiries by phone regarding existing credit accounts and new financing requests, and help customers choose suitable options. The role offers full-time employment with health coverage from day one.

Fluency in French (C1) and English for internal communications are required. Rotational shifts (Mon–Sat) are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centers is advantageous.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to discuss sensitive financial topics with care.
• Must hold NIF and NISS for health insurance enrollment.
• Available for rotational shifts (Mon–Sat).
• Fluency in French (C1) – both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone regarding existing credit accounts and new financing requests.
• Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions and propose suitable credit options.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maximize commercial opportunities during each contact.
• Manage customer cases with accuracy, confidentiality and according to internal procedures.
