Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Spanish & English Customer Support Specialist to join a project for a major Spanish Airline in Lisbon, on-site. You will assist passengers with flight bookings, inquiries, and general care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish with intermediate English (B1), has strong communication skills, and is ready to relocate to Lisbon. This full-time position includes comprehensive training and an international team atmosphere.

Qualificações

• Native or high fluency in Spanish
• Intermediate English (B1 level)
• Based in Lisbon or surrounding areas and ready to relocate to Lisbon for an on-site role
• Immediate joiners required (Start Date: September 17, 2026)
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming inquiries, flight reservations, and service requests via phone and email
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, tickets, and policies
• Resolve passenger issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Document interactions accurately in the system
