Qualifikationen

• Native or near-native Spanish language skills (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English, with a minimum B2 level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional, friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat; document interactions.
• Deliver a seamless customer journey by understanding needs and resolving requests.
• Assist with post-sales queries: orders, deliveries, warranties, returns, refunds.
