Hiring International Academy is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support Spanish and English-speaking clients onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries, guide customers through payment solutions processes, and maintain CRM records to ensure quality service.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent Spanish (C2) and strong English (B2), has customer service experience, and thrives under targets. Full-time shifts run Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET, with full training provided and private

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
• Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Previous experience in Customer Service or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM systems.
• Available to work full-time in rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming inquiries from business clients regarding their payment solutions.
• Provide clear, accurate information and guide customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
• Understand each customer’s needs and offer efficient, tailored solutions.
• Meet quality and performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure an excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.
