Hiring International Academy in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert fluent in Spanish and English to join our payment solutions support team, working onsite in Portugal. You will handle business client inquiries, provide clear information, guide customers through account processes by phone and email, and document interactions in the CRM.

The role requires full-time rotating shifts, a permanent contract, comprehensive training, and participation in a dynamic multicultural environment

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish (C2+).
• English level minimum B2.
• Experience in customer service or tech support preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work full-time in rotating shifts.
• Familiar with CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from business clients about payment solutions.
• Provide clear information and guide customers through processes via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Ensure excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.
