Eugenia Talent is seeking a Norwegian/Danish Technical Customer Advisor to support customers across phone, email and chat. You will provide technical guidance on smart home devices and manage troubleshooting with a clear escalation path.

The role requires fluent Norwegian or Danish and intermediate English, plus excellent communication and a customer‑focused mindset. A permanent contract with training and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent Norwegian or Danish plus intermediate English.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem solving mindset.
• Comfortable with phone, email, chat impressions and social media

Responsabilidades

• Assist the customer by phone, emails and chat.
• Offer technical assistance on smart home devices (cameras, virtual assistant, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and define the correct escalation process when necessary.
• Ask clear questions to understand customer needs and gather information.
• Document relevant details into the system.
• Engage in training and continuous learning opportunities.
