CBT is seeking a motivated Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its team in Lisbon. The role involves providing support for home appliances through customer service, technical troubleshooting, and warranty handling.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset, and will be expected to communicate effectively in Norwegian and English. A salary package includes a base salary of €1,400/month plus bonuses for language and performance.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Norwegian is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer requests in Norwegian.
• Manage warranty claims and repair requests.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for home appliances.
• Guide customers through after-sales processes.
