Jobsonboard in Lisbon is seeking a native-level Norwegian speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our technical support team. This on-site role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule, a modern high-tech office, and relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal.

You will be the primary contact for Nordic users, providing technical guidance and ensuring a seamless digital experience. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or technical support role.
• Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Norwegian and professional fluency in English (B2+).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with search engine ecosystems.
• Valid EU Passport/Citizenship or existing Portuguese work permit.
