Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SDR/BDR or outbound B2B sales.
• Proven experience selling SaaS or software-related products is mandatory.
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to confidently engage decision-makers and handle objections.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Identify, research, and engage potential B2B customers across German-speaking markets (DACH).
• Generate qualified leads and book meetings for Account Executives and sales teams.
• Communicate confidently with prospects in German and English.
• Position SaaS solutions by understanding customer pain points.
• Qualify prospects using standard sales frameworks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, opportunities, and meetings.
