Job summary

CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a customer service professional to support Romanian-speaking customers and insurance brokers. You will answer questions about products, policies and coverages, and help resolve enquiries with professionalism.

This on-site role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00, a competitive salary and benefits including health insurance, meal allowance, and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Romanian at C2 level and English at B2 level.
• Experience in insurance customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with digital tools and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Romanian and English via phone and email.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policy terms and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers by responding to their enquiries and directing them to information.
• Handle customer requests efficiently and provide suitable solutions.
• Use digital tools and internal platforms to manage customer interactions.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
