Cross Border Talents seeks a French & English Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to customers in Porto, Portugal, handling inquiries via digital channels and identifying opportunities to add value.

You will work on-site, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00, with fixed weekends off, and benefit from relocation support for those moving to Portugal, a stable 14-month salary, and ongoing training in an international setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent in both French and English.
• On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Full-time schedule Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00 with fixed weekends off.
• 1+ year of contact center or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong digital literacy, sales orientation, interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized customer service in French and English across multiple channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Identify customer needs and business opportunities to suggest complementary services.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction standards.
