Job summary

Enovis, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for International Export. Based in Lisbon, you will manage order inquiries, coordinate shipments, and support the Export Sales Ops team across multiple time zones.

You will leverage ERP systems and report on open orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery. Strong English and Spanish skills are required, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience driving process improvements and export/order management.
• Fully bi-lingual English and Spanish (C2 min).
• Available for fixed hourly shifts to support POR/US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage order inquiries from customers and sales teams.
• Coordinate shipments with Distribution Centers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor deliveries and update stakeholders on status.
• Provide operational support to Export Sales Ops team.
