Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years in a customer service role.
• Legally eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish with high proficiency; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support international order management and logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipments with distribution centers and freight forwarders.
• Resolve inquiries from customers and sales teams; timely responses.
• Maintain communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Provide guidance to Export Sales Ops and monitor order status.
• Ensure efficient handling of export documentation and compliance.
