You will respond via phone, email, chat, social media and messaging, provide account and application support, and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings while keeping accurate records.

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: French native or strong C2 and English

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
• Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries.
• Provide account and application support to viewers with regards to software functionality; troubleshoot of system configurations and network settings.
• Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewers inquiries. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
