Cross Border Talents is expanding its team in Guimarães and is seeking a Customer Support Representative. You will be the voice customers hear when they need help, so tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Daily duties include responding to questions via phone, chat, and email; resolving issues efficiently while maintaining quality; escalating when needed and keeping case notes up to date in internal systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French, written and spoken.
• Solid working English alongside your French.
• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email.
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality.
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly.
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current.
