Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, accounts, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Resolve questions and concerns while staying positive and customer-focused.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms or services as needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to procedures.
