Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is seeking customer service representatives for a multilingual team supporting an international client. You will handle inbound and outbound contacts and resolve questions with care and accuracy in Spanish, Latin American Spanish and English.

This on-site role offers paid training, a supportive team leader, clear progression opportunities and a friendly multicultural environment. Working hours are eight hours per day, five days per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent level in Spanish, Latin American Spanish and English.
• Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
• A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
• Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.

• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly, professional tone.
