The role requires fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2), prior customer service experience, excellent communication and resilience, with a welcome bonus and performance bonus as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2) in speaking and writing.
• Mandatory prior customer service experience, preferably in high-volume phone support.
