Job summary

Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is opening at the end of 2026 in Porto's historic city centre. Under the Bar Manager, you will stock, prep mise-en-place, clean, and support service during evenings, weekends and holidays.

We value energetic, professional individuals with bar experience, strong teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills in Italian and English. This role offers training, career development, and mobility across our venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bar assistant or similar role.
• Dynamic, motivated and professional presentation.
• Strong organizational skills, efficient work, teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Able to communicate in Italian and English with teams and guests.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Restocking the bar with products, ingredients, ice, glassware and equipment.
• Preparing bar mise-en-place (fruits, garnishes, syrups).
• Cleaning and organizing the bar, workstations and storage areas.
• Washing and polishing glassware and utensils.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting replenishment needs.
• Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Supporting opening/closing duties and busy service periods.
• Following hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Assisting with stock counts and inventories.
• Supporting the team with other bar-related tasks as needed.
