Experimental Cocktail Club Porto, opening at the end of 2026 in Porto's historic city centre, will bring the group’s craft, conviviality and design to Portugal. Nestled within Hotel Experimental Porto Infante Sagres, the bar will welcome guests with warmth and attention to detail.

Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, you will oversee service, train staff, develop seasonal menus, manage stock, ensure hygiene, and uphold an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven cocktail bar experience, ideally supervisory or senior bartender.
• Dynamic, motivated and able to guide and train team members.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for cocktails, hospitality, and guest experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and Portuguese/English communication.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Advise, develop, and retain clientele through daily service or events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate all teams to oversee smooth service operations.
• Participate in onboarding and training of staff.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, equipment maintenance, and bar upkeep.
• Assist Bar Manager in menu development and updates seasonally.
• Support stock management and supplies per procedures.
• Master management tools for smooth operations.
• Act as Bar Manager’s deputy in their absence.
